1. Infrastructure & Hosting

Innowave Systems is hosted on Microsoft Azure, using secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure in UK data centres. Our environment benefits from network-level protection, regular infrastructure updates, and continuous monitoring.

2. Data Isolation

Each customer's data is kept logically isolated from other customers. For solutions that require dedicated environments (such as our Windscreen Management System), databases are provisioned per company, ensuring clear separation and control of business data.

3. Data Encryption

All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)
Sensitive credentials are never stored in plain text
Access to internal systems is restricted, protected, and audited

4. Payments & Financial Data

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, which is fully PCI-DSS compliant. Innowave Systems never stores card details — payment information is handled entirely by Stripe's secure systems.

5. Access Control & Authentication

Secure login systems protect access to your account
User access can be managed based on role and responsibility
