1. Infrastructure & Hosting

Innowave Systems is hosted on Microsoft Azure, using secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure designed for high availability and reliability.

Our hosting environment benefits from:

  • Secure data centres
  • Network-level protection
  • Regular infrastructure updates and monitoring

2. Data Isolation

Each customer's data is kept logically isolated from other customers.

For solutions that require dedicated environments (such as our Windscreen Management System), databases are provisioned per company, ensuring clear separation and control of business data.

3. Data Encryption

  • All data transmitted between your browser and our systems is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS).
  • Sensitive credentials are never stored in plain text.
  • Access to internal systems is restricted and protected.

4. Payments & Financial Data

  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Innowave Systems never stores card details
  • Stripe is fully PCI-DSS compliant
  • Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe's secure systems

5. Access Control & Authentication

  • Secure login systems protect access to your account
  • User access can be managed based on role and responsibility
  • We recommend strong passwords and secure device practices

6. Backups & Reliability

  • Regular backups help protect against data loss
  • Our systems are designed for resilience and fault tolerance
  • Maintenance and updates are carried out to minimise disruption

7. Third-Party Services

Where required, we integrate with trusted third-party providers, including:

  • Stripe (payments)
  • SendGrid / Brevo (email delivery)
  • Twilio (SMS)
  • getAddress (address lookup)

Each provider is selected for reliability and security.
