Welcome to Innowave Systems. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our job management platform (“Service”). By subscribing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description
Our platform helps businesses manage job bookings, customer information, invoicing, and communication. We integrate with third-party providers such as Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), SendGrid (emails), Azure (hosting), and Ideal Postcodes (address lookup).
3. Subscriptions & Payments
All subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. Card details are stored by Stripe, not by Innowave Systems. Charges are billed monthly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will be charged only for the period used up to the cancellation date (prorated billing).
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login details secure, and using the Service in compliance with applicable laws.
5. Data Protection
We only store job-related information and basic user details. Payment details are handled by Stripe. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service hosted on Microsoft Azure. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innowave Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or displayed on our website. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
